Saturday Salad

This recipe is really yummy for your tummy. Yes, your tummy will be happy after eating this salad. A lot of fibres, that is not only good for your gut but also to give you enough energy till your next meal. And the whole salad only contains 460 kcal. That is the nice thing about vegetables, it contains a lot of important nutrients for your body but not a lot of calories.

Ingredients for 2 persons:

  • 500 grams of lettuce
  • 100 grams of raw ham
  • 1 mango
  • 1 apple
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 70 grams of feta
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 cucumber
  • dressing with balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tsp italian
  • 1 tsp pepepr

Boil 2 eggs. In the meanwhile, cut the mango, apple, tomatoes, avocado, cucumber and feta in cubes or slices. Put all the ingredients together and mix it with the herbs and pepper. Finish it with some balsamic vinegar and honey. 

Options: Instead of feta you can also use goat cheese.

Nutritional value per person:
450 calories – 20.6 carbohydrates – 25.8 g fat – 6.0 g saturated fat – 17.8 g protein – 6.9 fibre
