Peach Breakfast Smoothie

We love smoothies! We literally can’t get enough of them. We make them in all sorts. Especially in the summer we love to eat a smoothie as breakfast. But, because we just love to eat a smoothie we also eat them in all the other seasons (maybe you noticed it in our Instagram stories). This smoothie is with peach, very fresh and sweet! The combination with banana is just delicious. If you want to give your day a extra kick start, you can even add some coffee. What coffee? Yes, coffee gives a delicious taste and it just gives you that energy kick you need in the morning.


  • 1 peach
  • 1 banana
  • 200 grams of low fat quark
  • 100 grams of skimmed milk
  • 20 grams of muesli
  • 1 tsp of vanilla aroma

Cut the peach and the banana in little pieces. Put all the ingredients, except the muesli, in a blender. Blend the ingredients until it becomes smooth. Put everything into a bowl and finish it with some muesli.

You can also put some mint to make it extra fresh.

420 calories – 68.4 g carbohydrates – 4.0 g fat – 1.7 g saturated fat – 31.7 g protein – 7.2 fibre – 42.9 g sugars
