Introduction to our fit journey
We like to do all kinds of exercises, like cardio training or resistance training. We don’t usually use a schedule, but just what we feel like doing at the moment. We believe that sports should continue to be fun and we do not want to commit ourselves to doing things that we do not feel like doing at the moment. This, of course, differs for everyone. Sometimes we are trying to change our way of working out to gain more strength and muscle mass. In this way we train our muscles using heavier weights, but still being careful with the execution of the exercises. However, sometimes we’re all set on running.
On this blog we want to show you exercises we are doing at the moment and give tips/schedules we are using (or not using 😉 ).
