Probably a cauliflower smoothie doesn’t sound like a tasty recipe. We get that… But, nothing could be further from the truth. This smoothie is not only full of energy, but also very tasty! We are inspired by Rens Kroes, who has this recipe in one of her cookbooks. We have put our own twist to it and are pleasantly surprised.
We have to say that we make many times use of the flavour shots of Personal Protein. These shots make sure that many recipes are just a little bit tastier. We definitely recommend to buy these flavour shots to give your breakfasts/baking recipes that extra touch.
Ingredients for 1 person:
- 100 grams of cauliflower (frozen)
- 1 banana
- 100 grams of low fat quark
- 1 vanilla flavour shot
- 2 tsp of gingerbread spices
Instructions:
Cut the the banana in little pieces. Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend the ingredients until it becomes smooth. Put everything into a bowl and finish it with some extra gingerbread spices.
Options:
For the peanutbutter lovers, you can put a tbsp peanut butter through the smoothie.
