Who says that a healthy and delicious breakfast have to take a lot of time to prepare? One of our main goals is to eat healthy in an easy, fast and cheap way. Which is totally doable! Take for example this smoothiebowl: easy, o so tasty and healthy! You can add whatever you like or prefer in a smoothie, but this is one of our favourite combinations.
- 100 grams of frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- 150 grams of low fat quark
- 100 grams of coconut milk
- 20 grams of muesli
- 1 tsp of coconut aroma
- 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
- Optional: blueberries and raspberries to decorate your smoothiebowl with
Cut the banana in little pieces. Put all the ingredients, except the muesli, in a blender. Blend the ingredients until it becomes smooth. Put everything into a bowl and finish it with some muesli and blueberries and raspberries.
You can also put some mint to make it extra fresh.
