A great start of the new week is to make this avocado smoothie. Maybe it sounds weird to put avocado in a smoothie, but believe us it is great! Avocado gives the smoothie a creamy and smooth texture, which is something we love in a smoothie. Next to this, avocado is full of nutrients and it will give you the energy you need for the new week!
Ingredients for 1 person:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 120 ml semi skimmed milk
- 10 grams of whey protein (to make it ‘fluffy’)
- Vanilla aroma or vanilla flavour shot
- 50 grams of blueberries
- 20 grams of puffed quinoa
Put all the ingredients in a blender. Blend the ingredients until it becomes smooth. Put everything into a bowl and finish it with some blueberries and puffed quinoa.
You can also put some oats to make it more filling.
